Project Leadership Opportunity
A leading construction organization seeks a seasoned Site Manager to oversee a significant project in Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing projects with tight deadlines and high standards, preferably with a main contractor in Ireland.
- Candidates with an engineering or trade background are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in coordinating subcontractors, controlling programs, and preparing progress reports is essential.
- Frequent communication with clients, architects, engineers, and site teams is crucial.
- Key responsibilities include site setup planning, security, logistics management, deliveries, and traffic management.
- Monitoring resources, labor, plant, site setup, and other overheads while adhering to the construction program is vital.
- Familiarity with current Health and Safety Construction regulations is necessary.
- Liaising with the design team on construction issues and raising RFIs is also required.
Requirements
- 7+ years of site management experience in healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, or large fit-out projects.
