Residential Construction Project Planner

This role is focused on validating lead times with suppliers and integrating them into project schedules. The ideal candidate will contribute to value engineering and buildability reviews, ensuring that projects are practical, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Validate lead times with suppliers and incorporate them into project schedules.
- Contribute to value engineering and buildability reviews, ensuring that projects are practical and efficient.
- Maintain compliance with Irish building regulations, planning permissions, and health and safety legislation.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in construction management or engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in project planning within residential construction.
- Proven experience as a construction planner, preferably in the residential development sector in Ireland.
- Proficiency in Asta Powerproject software.
- Strong technical understanding of the Irish housebuilding process from greenfield site to handover.
- Knowledge of Irish construction regulations, planning requirements, and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Experience in high-profile residential developments across Ireland.
