Job Title: Site Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to lead our construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with the project team to fulfill assigned tasks, working closely with the site manager, contracts manager, and other key stakeholders.
  • They will be responsible for ensuring all site work is completed as per specifications or an acceptable standard if none is provided, following directions from supervisors.
  • Precise planning and organization skills are essential to set out the site and structures in line with the project schedule, preventing any delays.
  • The candidate will guarantee dimensional accuracy across all project elements, adhering to strict quality control measures.
  • All on-site work must meet the required quality standards and specifications, with the successful candidate taking ownership of this critical aspect.
  • Accurate records of construction progress are crucial, and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining these records.
  • To ensure timely completion, the candidate must identify and allocate necessary resources, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • A strong focus on Workplace Health and Safety practices is also essential, with the candidate expected to implement and manage safety manuals to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
