Customer Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Care Professional to fill the position of providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Fill prescription orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that customers receive their medications as required.
  • Determine prescription assignment for dosage, drug choice, administration, and possible reactions/interactions, utilizing expertise and judgment to ensure accuracy.
  • Supervise technicians in prescription data entry, packing oral medications, label and card preparation, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Direct the timely delivery of medications and supplies to facilities, ensuring seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.
  • Answer pharmacy-related questions and concerns using drug information systems, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Licensed pharmacy technician with the relevant state authority.
  • Excellent computer skills, keyboarding skills, verbal and written communication skills, and strong math and analytical skills.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines.
