The Munster Technological University seeks a highly skilled Technical Officer to join their team. As a Technical Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery of enhancements to the Student Records Management System (SRMS) and associated systems. You will work closely with the Senior Banner Developer/Analyst and/or the my Ban functional leads and team to develop and maintain existing and new enhancements, reports etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of enhancements to the SRMS and associated systems;
  • Work with the Senior Banner Developer/Analyst and/or the my Ban functional leads and team to develop and maintain existing and new enhancements, reports etc.
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by users and/or my Ban team;
  • Support/lead the design and development of local enhancements as directed by the my Ban team leads;

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Honours primary degree (Level 8) in a relevant area;
  • At least three years relevant professional postgraduate experience in a development role with significant database development and/or postgraduate qualification in the area of Software development;
