About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Psychology Service Development Manager to join our team at Our Lady's Hospice & Care Services. As a key member of the Psychology Department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing high-quality psychological services to meet the needs of our patients.

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve the delivery of psychological services across the organisation.
  • To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to design and implement evidence-based psychological programs and protocols.
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of psychological services and make recommendations for improvement.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced psychologist with a strong background in clinical psychology, particularly in palliative care. A recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology is essential, along with a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, are also critical for success in this position.
