Main Responsibilities:

  • Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
  • Stay up-to-date with client products and community standards.
  • Utilize market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions to improve user experience.
  • Analyze data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
  • Suggest workflow improvements and propose solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong personal resilience in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, and empathy.
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.
  • Able to make decisions, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Language Skills:
  • Fluent HEBREW language skills (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of regional culture and social trends.
