Career Development Strategist

About the Role:
  • This is a leadership position that will oversee the development and implementation of learning strategies and solutions to drive business success.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify key skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement effective learning programs that meet business objectives.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver training solutions.
  4. Analyze data to measure the impact of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven learning solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
