Job Title: Qualified Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Qualified Accountant to join our team in Cork City. This role involves managing client portfolios, supporting junior staff, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Serve as the main contact for client queries and relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulations.
  • Review work by junior staff for quality and accuracy.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Identify process improvements within the team.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in practice.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, financial reporting, and client service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills.
