Senior Surveyor Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Surveyor to play a key role in identifying and implementing added value across our managed portfolio. This includes creating, implementing and delivering annual property strategy plans that meet the needs of our clients.

This is an opportunity for a confident and capable individual who is keen to take an active role within our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management, with at least 5 years' experience preferable. They must also be chartered and a member of SCSI.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to foster and develop key relationships with clients, tenants, occupiers and key advisors.

  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Managing property portfolios to maximize returns and minimize risks
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills. They will also be flexible and able to work under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong background in commercial property management
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Chartered status and membership of SCSI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will also need to be proficient in relevant software and technology, including property management systems and Microsoft Office.
