Senior Plant Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Plant Manager to oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our manufacturing site.

Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of factory resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies.
  • They will work closely with the COO of Europe to drive business growth and improve profitability.
  • The Senior Plant Manager will be accountable for developing and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • They will also lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the factory.
  • The objective is to increase profit levels by enhancing operational efficiency and improving product quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a manufacturing plant, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Fluent English language skills are necessary for this role.
  • Residing within a commutable distance to attend the factory regularly is expected.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development would be advantageous.
