Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of scalable solutions and mentor junior engineers.

The Role
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, driving best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Discovery Enablement: Facilitate the identification and exploration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance our solutions.
  • Solution Architecture: Design robust solutions, translating business requirements into technical architecture.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities, recommend new tools, and drive platform innovation.
  • Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Assess new technologies for potential integration.
  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Champion agile methodologies, actively participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
What You Need
  • MuleSoft connectors including Salesforce, AWS, Database, HTTP, and OData.
  • Familiarity with integration patterns such as Orchestration, Aggregation, Routing, Scatter-Gather, Request & Reply, Fire and Forget.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitLab.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies; Kubernetes experience beneficial for Runtime Fabric (RTF).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Anypoint Monitoring.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and conduct code reviews.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting production issues under pressure.
