Job Description\

As a seasoned software architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

  • Collaborating with Principal Engineers and Senior Business Analysts to ensure cohesive solution delivery\
  • Continuously evaluating and improving development processes, tools, and technologies\
  • Driving architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices\
  • Championing agile methodologies and actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming\

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of integration techniques and tools\
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps tools\
  • Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and managing large datasets\
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience\
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong track record in agile environments\
  • Proven leadership in delivering large-scale projects\
  • Deep understanding of modern development practices, design patterns, and software architecture\
  • Proven expertise in designing complex environments\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams\
