Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of residential projects in Carlow Town. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, managing subcontractors and staff, and maintaining compliance with health & safety regulations.

This is a hands-on leadership position that requires excellent organisational skills, strong knowledge of building regulations, and effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage site activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of residential projects
  • Supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct staff on site
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and budgets, reporting regularly to senior management
  • Maintain accurate site records, inspections, and reports
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Credentials: Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Work Ethic: Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
