Senior Residential Services Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to oversee catering, cleaning, and housekeeping services within a female religious order setting.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and respectful environment. As a senior residential services manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of staff members across various departments.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of hygiene and service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate records and conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire food cycle from preparation to delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency while minimizing waste and maximizing resources.
  • Compliance: Enforce statutory and regulatory requirements related to occupational health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness, providing training and guidance to staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar managerial role within the care sector, strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, solid understanding of budgeting and financial management, familiarity with compliance standards and health and safety regulations, and relevant qualifications and IT literacy.
