We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team. A key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic guidance, and driving business growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our finance function, working closely with the business to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions. You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day finance operations, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and cash flow. Additionally, you will prepare monthly accounts, financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as process payroll and ensure compliance with Irish tax and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing a full finance function, ideally in an SME. You will also require strong knowledge of Irish accounting, tax, and payroll legislation, as well as proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Requirements:
  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience managing a full finance function, ideally in an SME.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish accounting, tax, and payroll legislation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
