Aer Lingus Crewing Operations play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of crew resources across our network. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage and deliver crew resources for both Long-haul and Short-haul operations.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring crew resources are allocated effectively to meet operational needs, prioritizing safety and on-time performance.
  • Managing flight schedule disruptions, confirming adequate crew allocations, validating crew qualifications, and booking crew logistics such as hotels and transportation.
  • Contributing to achieving On-time Performance KPI targets by managing crew resources efficiently.
  • Deploying crewing resources in the most cost-effective and productive way, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and roster policies.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage complex situations, prioritize tasks, and make clear-cut decisions quickly.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to contribute effectively as part of a team, communicate verbally and in writing, and use own initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high levels of productivity.
