About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead large-scale transformation programs that span multiple disciplines. This is an exciting chance for someone with expertise in fund administration, financial reporting, and/or regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic direction for enterprise-wide initiatives involving business process redesign, technology change, and operating model transformation.
  • Integrate best practices in benefits realization and change management into all project phases.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across business functions.
  • Presentation of progress updates and recommendations to senior leadership and wider audiences.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of fund administration, financial reporting, and/or regulatory reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Technical proficiency, with experience in enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant industry qualifications preferred.
  • Proven track record in transformation, program delivery, or implementation roles within financial services.
