  • Deliver exceptional technical reports for Environmental Impact Assessments and regulatory compliance, showcasing expertise in flood risk management.
  • Develop and review comprehensive Flood Risk Assessments across multiple stages, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
  • Design and implement sampling and monitoring programs, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Lead fieldwork initiatives, encompassing groundwater and surface water monitoring, with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Represent the organization as an expert witness in legal proceedings, leveraging deep knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate on tender responses and proposal development, driving business growth and securing key projects.

About You:

  • Possess a degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Geoscience, or a related field.
  • Hold 4+ years of experience in hydrology or related environmental consultancy, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Be proficient in Flood Risk Assessment methodologies and relevant software tools.
  • Have achieved Chartered status with a recognized professional body, demonstrating commitment to ongoing learning and development.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of environmental legislation and industry best practices, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and regulations.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and project management skills, adept at working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
