Cyber Security Governance Risk Business Analyst Role

As a Cyber Security Governance Risk Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business process improvements and ensuring a strong cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work across departments to gather and maintain a comprehensive set of program information to drive cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Conduct gap analysis and root cause investigations to address inefficiencies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, automation, and best practices.
  • Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to track improvements and measure success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Aris, BPMN.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of business process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Certification for business in Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP Prince 2) is desirable.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity including but not limited to: CC, CRISC, CGEIT, CIPM GSLC, CISM etc are desirable.
