Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Duty Manager to lead our team in Tralee.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, maintaining product availability, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Deliver, maximise and exceed sales targets in store
  • Maintain availability of all products on the shop floor
  • Ensure teams familiarity with all products in all departments
  • Carry out customer purchases in accordance with company guidelines
  • Deal with customer queries promptly and effectively
  • Achieve and maintain company standards on housekeeping, floor presentation and space planning
  • Participate in weekly stock takes and identify/report abnormal counts to the Store Manager
  • Ensure staffing levels match business needs or events in-store
  • Prepare, monitor and action daily task board
  • Drive team knowledge of Top Sellers and Department Stock Loss
  • Assist Store Manager with staffing issues, including training and performance reviews
  • Ensure cash handling/stock security procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store

  • Familiarity with stock control and inventory management systems
