Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the store.
- Support our management team in daily operations, including back-of-house and running the store when required.
- Ensure smooth stock management, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Create a positive, inclusive culture where your team feels supported, inspired, and engaged.
- Drive sales performance and deliver results through effective planning, communication, and hands-on leadership.
- Problem-solve and adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping the team aligned and focused.

We are looking for a proven retail leader who can bring energy, resilience, and commercial awareness to the role.
You will be:
- Experienced in managing and motivating teams within a retail environment.
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering a fantastic in-store experience.
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive results.
- Calm and approachable under pressure, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confident in handling people management, performance, and day-to-day challenges.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
