Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the delivery of projects that meet high standards for both clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with contracts and governance. This includes leading projects with confidence, maintaining quality standards, delivering on time and within budget, managing communications, identifying and mitigating risks, and coordinating all project activities.

This is a challenging role that requires strong initiative, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management
  • A relevant Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a similar field
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to take direction and act quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
