Job Description

At BAM Ireland, we are committed to building a sustainable tomorrow. Our company seeks a highly skilled BIM Manager to enhance project delivery through digital tool implementation and management.

The purpose of this role is to implement and manage the use of digital tools to capture, share, and use information to deliver projects effectively. This includes service delivery of project or contract information management and tactical deployment of project-based technology.

  • Manage pipeline and workload to deliver the appropriate service to meet customer needs.
  • Liaise with Digital Engineering & Production and DPS Support to agree and deliver appropriate resource and service to projects/contracts.
  • Maintain high safety, environmental, and quality standards in accordance with company policies and report any non-compliance.
  • Lead and communicate risk, opportunity, change, and commercial impact to the project/contract team.
Requirements:

Higher Education in Construction or related fields is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience working on construction projects/FM contracts with experience in digital solutions.

  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 19650 series is required.
  • Experience in 4D programmes, 5D Forecasting, data validation techniques, and developing BEP templates is also necessary.
