Our Purpose

If you are passionate about developing and executing Digital Communication initiatives, amplifying corporate brand messaging, and impacting lives through stories of innovation and technology with a data-driven approach, we would love to hear from you. As a key member of our International Digital Communications Team, you will develop, implement, and analyze digital communication strategies & campaigns. The Senior Digital & Social Media Specialist reports to the Senior Manager Digital Communications. The position is based in Galway, Ireland, and is defined as Remote.

A Day in The Life Of:

1. Develop initiatives to understand and analyze our target audience, tailoring content strategies to meet their needs and preferences.
2. Initiate quarterly content quality reviews with digital leads and key stakeholders to elevate standards and optimize content for respective channels.
3. Implement global digital channel strategies focusing on websites and social media, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, policies, and governance.
4. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging channels to support strategy adjustments.
5. Analyze data from web analytics, social media metrics, and listening tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
6. Lead the development of dashboards and reports to track digital communication performance.
7. Collaborate across teams to define and measure KPIs for digital initiatives.
8. Develop and execute international digital campaigns to build brand and reputation, including SEO, SEM, and working with external agencies.
9. Localize global digital marketing projects and campaigns to build brand and reputation.
10. Publish and update content on websites and social media channels via CMS and SMMS.
11. Serve as SME for social media channels and industry trends; act as global liaison for social media strategy.
12. Participate in international projects as assigned by the Senior Manager Digital Communications.

Key Skills & Experience

• Honours Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with at least 5 years' digital marketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written skills. Fluent in English.
• Experience in digital marketing campaigns, data analysis, and reporting.
• Enjoy working in an international, multicultural environment.
• Effective team player and independent worker.
• Passionate about content creation and storytelling.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, workflow optimization, and project management, with a motivation to learn more.
• Experience in complex matrix organizations is a plus.
