Seeking a Digital Construction Expert

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of BIM Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital tools to enhance project delivery.


Your Responsibilities
  • Manage the pipeline and workload to deliver exceptional service to customers, collaborating with various teams.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of client and business requirements, ensuring appropriate plans, specifications, reviews, and controls are in place.

Project Level Responsibilities
Leadership
  • Lead and communicate risk, opportunity, change, and commercial impact to the project team, documenting it according to our procedures.
  • Facilitate training and support for information management, including CDE, to the project team and stakeholders as required.

Information Management
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of Project and/or Asset Information Model(s), as specified in Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs) and our ISO 19650 protocol.
  • Support the development of the Appointing Party's ISO 19650 protocol and associated deliverables where we are the Appointing Party.
  • Establish and lead the implementation of systems for managing, sharing, and storing information, according to required security protocols, throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication
  • Deliver excellent communication with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with commercial and legal teams to ensure Information Requirements, Standards, Methods, and Procedures are incorporated into agreements and contracts.
  • Maintain and develop the project ISO 19650 protocol and associated deliverables to meet project goals and EIRs, ensuring stakeholder awareness.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Provide leadership within a team environment.
  • Manage time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.
  • Possess good management and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in digital construction / facilities management and document management.
  • Experience in the design and construction industry and tendering process.
  • Contribute to prequalification and tender submissions.
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO 19650 series.
  • Higher Education in Construction or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience working on construction projects / FM contracts with digital solutions.
