Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for managing financial data and providing business insights to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Data Management: Manage plant costs using standard costing and generate accurate inventory reports.
• Sales Support: Partner with sales and commercial teams to drive revenue growth and provide financial support.
• Management Reporting: Lead the period-end closing process and deliver timely management reports to stakeholders.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Capital Expenditure Analysis: Provide decision support and perform ROI analyses for capital expenditure projects.
• Projects: Participate in SAP S4Hana project and other improvement projects within Finance and Controlling.
• Data and Analytics: Collaborate with the D&A team to support business needs and improve financial processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Accounting Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or equivalent by experience.
• Prior Experience: Manufacturing industry experience or similar role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP is preferred but not essential.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills required.
• Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills necessary.
