Chief Financial Strategist

3. Conducting commercial analysis of cost and revenue drivers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
4. Leading the integration of new acquisitions, ensuring seamless financial consolidation and enhancing overall business performance.
5. Identifying and investigating variances, promoting financial discipline and optimising resource allocation.
6. Providing expert support to the finance team, including production of high-quality management accounts and assistance during external audits.
