Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Evaluate and resolve technical problems, repairing and maintaining FLT equipment, carrying out planned and unplanned maintenance, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, working with the company IT system, maintaining vehicles and equipment in accordance with company guidelines.

Maintain equipment and tools in good condition, adhere to all safety standards, policies and procedures, ensure familiarity with current regulations.

Requirements:
  • A strong mechanical/electrical background
  • Experience in forklift, automotive or related industry
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft related products
  • A positive work attitude and ability to work well on your own initiative
  • Full Driving Licence

Key responsibilities include liaising with management for authorization of parts and process order numbers, working under your own initiative without constant supervision, ensuring the smooth operation of fleet vehicles and equipment.
