Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with external and internal customers to ensure timely delivery of repairs.
  • Diagnose and rectify faults on customer equipment, ordering necessary spare parts efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate time sheet data and update the system daily.
  • Liaise with management for authorization of parts and process order numbers.
  • Work under own initiative without constant supervision.
Key Requirements:
  • A strong mechanical/electrical background.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery.
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products.
