About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned integration expert to spearhead our HiredScore integration efforts. As the go-to expert, you will be responsible for guiding clients through every stage of the implementation process, from pre-sales to post-sales support.
  • Your deep technical understanding of integrated systems and architectures will enable you to provide expert solutions to complex challenges and effectively communicate the value proposition of our technology to clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of HiredScore integrations with various client systems.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About You:

Basic Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role in large enterprises.
  • Proven expertise in web architecture, integration systems, and third-party tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication among team members.
Additional Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Infosec, Data Privacy, and RFP processes is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in high-growth environments and adapting to rapidly changing circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

Total compensation includes a Bonus Plan, commission/bonus, and stock grants. Details are shared during the hiring process.
