Senior Workday Integration Expert

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team and contribute expertise in designing integration solutions for major clients.
The Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and implement seamless integrations across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance domains.
- Develop and configure integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other advanced tools.
- Ensure smooth data flow and accuracy across enterprise systems by implementing robust testing methodologies.
- Provide guidance on best practice, data governance, and security protocols to guarantee performance and reliability.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and recommend enhancements to optimize system efficiency.
- Previous experience as a Workday Integration Consultant/Engineer or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Solid understanding of integration concepts (SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, APIs) and ability to apply them effectively.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
