Workday Integration Specialist

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will be at the forefront of developing seamless integrations across HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance systems.

The Role:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design innovative integration solutions that drive business growth.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other industry-leading technologies to build and configure integrations.
  • Evaluate and ensure smooth data flow and accuracy across enterprise systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support comprehensive testing (unit, integration, UAT) to guarantee performance and reliability of integrations.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practice, data governance, and security to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and recommend improvements to enhance integration capabilities.
  • Deliver integrations for downstream systems such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Middleware, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Lead client workshops and design sessions, fostering collaboration and driving solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Workday Integration Consultant/Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
  • Solid understanding of integration concepts, including SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and APIs.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
