Job Description:

MCS Group is pleased to be working with a global name on their search for a Workday Developer to join them on a permanent basis. If you want to shape the future of work and be part of complex transformation programmes, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

(Hybrid - 1 day in office)

The Role:

  • Design, build and test custom Workday applications ensuring quality and performance from concept through to deployment.
  • Lead discovery and design workshops creatively implementing client requirements using Workday Extend and Prism.
  • Help refine development approaches and build team capability.
  • Produce technical designs that are consistent, maintainable, and efficient.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple clear language for clients.

The Person:

  • Experience with custom application development platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and security/authentication methods.
  • Background in technical consulting, requirements gathering or solution design.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent client service.
