The Role of a Technical Leader in HR System Transformation
About the Position:As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of human resource systems and processes. You will lead and manage the technical aspects of HR technology transformation projects powered by Workday for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Integration Design: Designing, developing, and architecting integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Core Connectors.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into technical specifications for integration solutions.
- Integration Strategy: Collaborating with senior stakeholders to help define the Integration Strategy.
- Data Management: Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security across all integrated systems.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Managing and mentoring a team of integration specialists, providing guidance and support on technical and project-related matters.
- Project Management: Overseeing the integration lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicating with stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance, to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on integration-related matters.
You should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus. Extensive experience (5+ years) in HR technology transformation especially Workday, including hands-on experience with designing and implementing HRIS related integrations.
