Senior Project Delivery Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Project Delivery Manager. As a key member of our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you will be responsible for overseeing project management activities across the Europe region.

You will lead the Project Management function to ensure that best practices are being followed in all projects, while continually reviewing and improving the PM methodology in alignment with the EPMO. Your goal will be to champion delivery excellence across the Europe region, ensuring that solutions meet stakeholder needs, business priorities, and ISC's enterprise delivery standards.

As a senior manager, you will create an appropriate culture focused on building value and pursuing quality by leading and directing the organization's project management capability. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project expectations, objectives, and scope.
• Planning for and allocating resources effectively to maximize productivity and optimize project outcomes.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for solution delivery aligned with the organization's objects and priorities.
• Achieving corporate objectives and key performance targets as laid out in the long-range and annual business and strategic plans.
• Providing project management coaching, mentoring, and support for the project management framework and methodology.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for facilitating a resource allocation system that tracks the assignment and utilization of all project resources within the organization.

You will also develop and implement the change control process to ensure impacts are identified and any reviews or re-approvals are obtained. Additionally, you will coach, consult, and support project managers in the successful creation and maintenance of project status reports in accordance with organizational procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• PMP certification is preferable along with 10+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably within the corporate registry domain.
• Management experience leading a team of project managers and contributing to project management excellence across an organization.
• Expert knowledge of project management methodology, tools, and techniques.
• Proven track record of delivering on time and within budget government technology projects.
• Expert knowledge of business case analysis and application.
• Expert knowledge of financial systems and corporate budgeting processes.
• Knowledge of organizational structure in order to manage cross-departmental and cross-disciplinary resource allocation.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving techniques.
• Superb facilitation skills and ability to build consensus among stakeholders.
• Ability to foresee and identify project problems and conflicts, assess their implications, and identify solutions.
