About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and hospitable demeanor
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Handle phone calls and emails from guests and prospective clients

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a busy reception area efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software
