Commissioning and Qualification Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning and Qualification Manager to lead our CQV projects and activities on site.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Level 8 qualification in Engineering and 8-10 years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years + experience in CQV, including at least 1 major capital project completed. They must have proven experience of carrying out commissioning and qualification activities on multiple projects in the fine chemicals industry, focusing on either process and mechanical commissioning or electrical commissioning.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage C&Q projects and activities on site as directed and appropriate.
  • Prepare C&Q plans in line with client strategic goals and manage timely and compliant delivery of the plan.
  • Write system and component impact assessments, design review I&O qualification documentation, performance reports, and other reports in keeping with the work.
  • Develop and execute Commissioning & Qualification lifecycle protocols as per specific project requirements.
  • Support SATs and represent technical quality team in meetings, visits, troubleshooting exercises, and audits.
Requirements
  • Level 8 qualification in Engineering.
  • 8-10 years industry experience with a minimum of 5 years + experience in CQV.
  • Proven experience of carrying out commissioning and qualification activities on multiple projects in the fine chemicals industry.
