
Revenue Growth Strategist

The Revenue Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the hotel's revenue growth by formulating and executing effective pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies.
- Developing and implementing dynamic pricing tactics to maximize revenue per available room (RevPAR), average daily rate (ADR), and overall revenue performance.
- Monitoring daily hotel performance using various analytics tools, including Costar+Bandwidth, OTA data, and internal booking reports.
- Forecasting demand and adjusting pricing and inventory controls accordingly across all sales channels, including direct bookings, online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDSs), and corporate partnerships.
- Conducting competitive analysis and benchmarking to stay ahead of market trends in Belfast.
- Managing relationships with OTAs and third-party platforms to ensure parity and visibility.
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams on promotions, packages, and campaigns to drive direct bookings and increase revenue.
- Regularly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Overseeing the setup and configuration of rate plans in the property management system (PMS) and channel manager.
- Ensuring optimal use of revenue management systems and tools to maximize revenue potential.
- Supporting budgeting and long-term financial planning with detailed revenue forecasts.
- Pricing and Revenue Management: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue performance.
