Job Summary:

This role involves providing support to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, or other needs in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing the well-being and dignity of service users.

Requirements:

Permission to work in Ireland, one year of experience in healthcare settings, and relevant qualifications (e.g., QQI/FETAC Level 7 award, Degree in Health and Welfare)

Desirable Qualifications:

Experience working in residential settings, knowledge of HIQA standards, report writing, and client support plans
