Mechatronic Systems Engineer

The Digital Healthcare business unit seeks a skilled Mechatronic Systems Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative biosensor systems.
- Design, develop and maintain complex measurement systems for characterizing biological sensors.
- Assume responsibility for ensuring measurement systems function as designed on a day-to-day basis.
- Drive improvements in lab setups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to solve product development challenges.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of industry experience in a related role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong electronic design knowledge including analog & digital circuit theory.
- Experience with schematic capture & PCB design.
- Hands-on experience with using lab equipment.
- Experience building benchtop characterization/measurement setups.
- Proficiency in LabVIEW and SolidWorks.
- Experience characterizing Sensors.
- Knowledge working with optical and/or electrochemical sensors.
- Fluidic design and/or characterization experience.
