The International Payroll Expert will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the master payroll file (incorporating compensation and benefits for all current employees, new joiners, and leavers) across all jurisdictions. You will also prepare month-end payroll journals and balance sheet reconciliations, and overall payroll reporting to senior leadership.

You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll issues and streamline processes. You will also be responsible for calculating R&D tax credits and employee grants applications.
