Job Description
  • Process monthly payrolls for EMEA employees, working closely with internal teams and external vendors
  • Validate and analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Manage terminations, bonuses, and off-cycle payroll runs
  • E nsure Benefit in Kind is properly accounted for and taxed correctly
  • Support local accountants with payroll-related GL accounts
  • Identify areas for process improvement
  • Assist internal and external auditors with payroll-related requests
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience processing multi-country payrolls—EMEA expertise is highly valued
  • Proficiency in SAP HR (Payroll), ADP, or other financial payroll modules
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll obligations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
