Role Summary
Cpl Healthcare and the HSE are recruiting a Psychologist for a locum assignment in a community mental health service based in South Dublin city.
This role is part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering assessments and short-term therapeutic interventions for adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
- Conduct assessments using standardised tools to evaluate mental health, personality, adaptive, and intellectual functioning.
- Develop and implement psychological formulations informed by various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive analytical therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy.
- Collaborate with the team to develop individual care plans and review progress, contributing to referral and discharge processes.
- Provide consultation and support to the team on psychological formulations and their application to organisational issues.
What We Are Looking For
We require a Psychologist with a recognised qualification and experience in adult mental health. The ideal candidate will also possess a professional approach to work and flexibility in practice.
