**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical/Educational Psychologist (Staff Grade) to join our team in Galway City West. The successful candidate will have a degree in Psychology or a related field and possess significant experience working in disability services. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and support, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Provide psychological services to children aged 0-18 and their families.
  2. Develop and implement individualized plans to support children and young people with complex needs.
  3. Liaise with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  4. Collaborate with families to identify strengths, needs, and goals.
  5. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  6. Communicate effectively with families, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and developments in the field of disability services.
