About the Role

CPL Healthcare is seeking a Senior Psychologist to provide clinical psychology services to individuals within the Irish Prison Service, based in North Dublin.

The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive assessments and formulate individualised care plans, and will be responsible for:

  • Completing and supervising comprehensive assessments for individuals referred to the psychology service;
  • Developing behaviour monitoring procedures for each individual;
  • Providing specialist contributions to multi-disciplinary Care and Management Planning for each person;
  • Engaging in and supervising evidence-based psychological interventions as recommended in the Care and Management Plan;

Your Background

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • To be eligible for graduate membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI) or the British Psychological Society (BPS);
  • To hold a postgraduate professional qualification in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology recognised by PSI;
  • To have a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience as a Psychologist;
