About Our Residential Construction Team

We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Finishing Foreman to join our team of professionals in Dublin. As a Finishing Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all finishes meet the highest standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional looking to take on a leadership role and make a significant contribution to our residential development projects.

\

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating trades, managing snag lists, and liaising with the site manager and project team to guarantee timely handovers.

\

We require strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role within residential construction and possess excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
