Your Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Assist in writing and refining high-quality responses for pre-qualification questionnaires, tenders, and proposals">
  • Work closely with engineers, bid managers, and technical teams to gather accurate and up-to-date information">
  • Review bid documents for compliance with client instructions and internal standards">
  • Support the management and organisation of document libraries, case studies, CVs, and other supporting material">
  • Carefully proofread submissions to ensure they are free from errors and well-presented">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)">
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail">
  • Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines">
  • Ability to interpret and simplify complex technical information">
  • Experience with research and information gathering, ideally within a commercial or technical environment">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems">
  • Awareness of compliance requirements and ability to follow specified guidelines">
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement">
