Business Manager

The Business Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 6, overseeing the induction and new starter process, co-ordinating diaries for departments, ensuring smooth running of the office and making stationary orders. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage workload efficiently.

  • Leadership: Manage a team of 6 staff members, including Recruitment Administrator.
  • Team Management: Oversee team mailboxes, manage workloads and ensure annual leave cover is in place.
  • Communication: Attend 1-2-1 meetings, team meetings and coordinate diaries for departments.
