- Stay up-to-date on relevant health and safety legislation and industry developments.
- Communicate and promote the importance of health and safety within the organization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of environmental management systems.
- Participate in risk assessments and sub-contractor evaluations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver HSE reports and documentation as required.
- Ensure all records are accurate and compliant with internal and external audit standards.
Requirements:
- Level 7 qualification in Health and Safety or related field.
- 3 years postgraduate experience in health and safety management.
- Thorough knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Working towards graduate membership of IOSH.
- Ability to deliver internal health and safety training courses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
